The refreshing of the lab’s members is playing an important role in the lab’s operating progress.
    （1）In order to impel the members to pursue another place to work and to encourage the subjects mixing well，the research team is consisted by two groups: Residential members and visiting members.The residential members are the head masters of their research fields, high class and well educated managers，the structures of the age and educated levels are reasonable; The visiting members are also consisted by two groups:one is the foreigners who want to do part-time visiting and do cooperated research with the lab members,the other one is university’s post doctorate researchers and some distinguished graduate students.
    （2）The resident members are the ones who have expertise in their fields. The procedure of being the residents is to apply the application, then pass on to the chairman, wait for the confirming.
    （3）The lab encourage many short term visiting scholars to come and do researches. Especially welcome the ones who have high academic backgrounds to work, no matter they will come to the lab or just join the programs from distance.
    （4）The lab also encourage the scholars who come from other universities and other companies to come and do cooperate research. And make every access to involve the experts to work for the lab, to do some cutting-age issues together.
    （5）Highly recommended the graduate students to research and assist here, the lab has provide a good studying and researching environment for the students who want to expand his ability in academic research, and to let them gain some useful experience during the process.
    （6）The staff with the fund can work in the guidance of the lab’s manual，and public the papers in the name of the lab.This progress can blend different research fields together, establish a friendly academic atmosphere at the same time.
