With the constructions of the lab improving,the facilities in the lab are becoming more and more perfect.And the abilities to educate higher class people are also improving.These advantages attracted a bunch of young scholars to pursue post doctorate degree.
Since 1991, the lab has attracted 12 doctors to do researches.7 of them are accomplished their studies.Ph.D Siqing Qing is the first member who came in to do the post doctorate studies. During his researching time, he has published 24 academic papers,2 specialized issues,and to raise the theory and method of non-linear geological engineering system,awarded by the China geology society for the ¡°Golden Hammer awards¡±in 1995,awarded by the IAEG for the ¡°Walters¡± in 1998,and been chosen as a member in the program named ¡° Hundreds Scholars Plan¡± by china academy of Sciences in 1997.Ph.D Ynqing Xu has published 20 academic papers,2 specialized issues, raise the theory and method of rock - hydraulics£¬and also been chosen into the¡°Hundreds Scholars Plan¡± in 1997. Ph.D Jianping Chen is becoming the headmaster of the geological engineering in Jinlin University.Ph.D Yuequan Shang is becoming the headmaster both of the geological engineering and hazards prevention in Zhejiang University.Ph.D Yuwen Hu is becoming the headmaster of the geological engineering in Southwest Jiaotong University.Ph.D Jiading Wang is becoming the headmaster both of the geological engineering and geological resources in Northwest University,etc.To draw a conclusion,too many outstanding scholars have graduated from our lab, the fields of these scholars are branching to many aspects in engineering,especially in the geohazards prevention and geoenvironment protection.
